Eric understands how confusing the mortgage process can be and works hard to walk each client through the process in an organized and efficient manner to make sure they fully understand their new terms. His ability to make every transaction solely about the customers’ needs is second to none and he prides himself on taking the time needed to fully understand changes in the industry that relate to purchase, refinance, VA, FHA and Conventional transactions.
Eric graduated from the Arizona State University’s WP Carey School of Business in 1994 with a Degree in Business Marketing. After graduating he began his business in Financial Services, then Computer Software and eventually Mortgage Lending in 2004. He has established himself as one of the nation’s premier Mortgage Originators and consistently achieves top percentile results for the nation’s Top Lenders. He has recruited, trained and managed teams of top producers from the ground up.
Eric resides in Dana Point, CA with his wife of 13 years and 4 children. His family remains active in the community and their church.
